Information you provide. When you request a quote, complete a website form, call or email us, or enter into an agreement, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing or service address, property details, and any other information you choose to provide.
Service and operational information. In providing services, we may collect or generate inspection and testing reports, system specifications and equipment data, service and maintenance histories, code-compliance documentation, and records of deficiencies and corrective actions.
Security and monitoring information. Where we provide security, alarm, or fire-monitoring services, we may handle information generated by those systems strictly for system operation, alerting, emergency-response coordination, testing, and compliance. Because this data relates to safety and security, it is handled with heightened care.

We use contractual and other reasonable measures to require that such information receives a comparable level of protection. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet contractual, legal, regulatory, and fire-code requirements, after which it is securely destroyed, erased, or anonymized.
